I Love Labels stocks a carefully curated range of pre-loved and New beautifully presented designer clothing in our boutique store in Raumati.
We source garments from around New Zealand and overseas that include top European labels and local designers such as Trelise Cooper, Karen Walker, Zambesi, Kate Sylvester & many others.
Our concept is to keep fabulous and stylish clothing, shoes, bags, & accessories out of landfill & moving on to new places to be worn and admired. We sell pre-loved designer clothing on commission and inspect all items to ensure we are taking on only quality garments that will be treasured by the next owner.

A Colourful Life Brought Me To Owning My Own Shop….
I arrived in Wellington in 1981 from the South Island to study for my Certificate in Retail. From this, a love affair with fashion retail was born and began life in Wellington's newest department store D.I.C. From this start I moved into ladies fashion and on to hospitality. During this time I developed an appreciation for high end fashion whilst working at the Iconic Hotel Waterloo where silver service and "dress for dinner' rules were the norm.
After a stint in recruitment followed by working my way from the reception desk at a rock radio station up to production, promotion, and sales I made the move to Auckland where I began a new career in television. After yet again working my way through the ranks from sales to On Air personality I took the opportunity to work for a travel show. Travelling the world gave me a new perspective and range of experiences as well as being a lot of fun.
I was married in 2002 & re-entered hospitality with my husband, this time as the owners of a small hotel in Picton where we lived and enjoyed life as publicans for 3 years.However, retail was calling me back in the form of a management role with Charlie Brown at Kirkcaldie & Stains in Wellingtons CBD. During this time I came to realise there was a huge gap in the market for preloved designer clothing. Jumping on this I hosted a month long pop up to gauge interest and see if this dream was worth pursuing.
Now almost 11 years later I have over 2000 suppliers, a small but incredibly stylish shop, and an amazing group of staffers who share my vision for great customer service & making my store a destination here in the Raumati Village area.
I enjoy living and working in my community as it allows me to assist in various fundraising events and pay it forward where I can. Our reputation for high quality and beautiful second hand designer pieces is going from strength to strength, however it's the relationships I have built with customers and community that is the real key to our success.
